Patterns: This Tiny Existence

Cozy bedside by Tiny Existence

I've been struck recently by the wonderful work of Etsy seller, This Tiny Existence. This Tiny Existence mainly sells beautiful hand embroidered art featuring tiny moments of calm in corners of homes and gardens, but there is also now a range of patterns, so that you can stitch your own little corner of calm. My favourite has to be the Cozy bedside pattern but definitely check out the other patterns here.

Hi, I'm Jo - I feature new embroidery patterns Sundays on Feeling Stitchy. I also post on our Twitter and Pinterest.

Is there a new pattern you'd like us feature? Email me!

  3. would you do the satin stitching on the blanket first or the outline?

  4. Oh I absolutely love that. I may have to go get one of her PDFs. It reminds me of one of my favorite quotes from Jane Eyre - something about a room being sparse, but because it was very clean it was beautiful.

  5. Anonymous - personally I'd do the outline first, it makes it easier to keep your satin stitching neat, but others may have a different opinion to me!
