One of the things I love most about crafting and blogging is this very idea: finding more enjoyment in the things you make and see and do than in the things you buy.

Hi, I'm floresita, editor of Feeling Stitchy. I'm an avid stitcher, knitter, and crafter. You can see more of my stitching on Instagram and my blog. My vintage transfer collection is on Vintage Transfer Finds.

Feel free to email me with any ideas for the blog!

  2. There is so much that we can do to open up our hearts, to expand our awareness and appreciation of what many people think of as the "little and nonessential things" in our life, by just using what we have and creating with our hands.
Thank you so much for the beauty and inspiration and affirmation you bring to my life.

  6. Too true! If only the next generation saw it that way too. Then maybe people would not be in so much debt.

  7. Great motto! I have another one always in my mind: "CONSUME LESS, CREATE MORE!"
