How adorable is this 'portrait'?!

Such a sweet and simple idea. And quite moving, I think.

Love it. :-)

  9. I made one of these on a dish towel for my daughter--it has the handprints of my husband (grandpa), our granddaughter, and me. I love it. This one is awesome in a frame.

  15. This is incredible. I have got to make one for my mother for Christmas. We live across the country from her and I think she would love to have one with her grand kids hands.

  16. This is great :-) A nice memory when they grow up.
When the kids were little, we dekorated in our hall with painted fingers - I cant remove or paint over it. It is a nice memorie :-)

  17. Absolutely ADORE this idea - and loved reading comments and discovering that others are doing/have done it, as well! I would add only one thing - a small heart in the center of the palms!

  23. depending on how many grandkids you have, you could trace their hands in a heart wreath shape, overlapping slightly to be a cute design of a heart....
