    Right now, I'm working on a piece for a couple (from my wife's work) who just got married...and the receiption/party is the end of Feb., so I'm doing a little cute thing for them. :-)

  10. I never knew that embroidery could have its own month like sewing. I know I have been in a rut when it comes to embroidery. No ideas of what to make, but I do have some pieces that I have to work on, and this is certainly the month to be working on them, huh?

    I just finished some embroidered hearts for Valentine-themed pillows and sachets. I started with the outline of a heart and experimented with ways to fill it in.

  14. I'm stitching my husband's and mine name in reverse siholuetteed boxes. Hard to explain I know. lol But thats what I'm doing and its all in the satin stitch. :)

  15. Hooray for stitchers! As I sometimes have a stitching short attention span, I'm doing a pillowcase and a notepad cover (when I get bored with one, I switch). My "multi-tasking" drives my husband crazy.
